Born in Ozamiz City, Philippines, Mr. Rolando R. De Guzman III is an educator and nurse dedicated to lifelong learning and service. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from San Jose-Recoletos as a Philippine Army Scholar, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from the University of the Visayas. He also holds a Diploma in Special Education and Professional Education from the University of Southern Philippines and a Master’s Degree in Arts of Nursing major in Medical-Surgical Nursing from Southwestern University.
Throughout his life and career, Mr. De Guzman has demonstrated unwavering commitment to both academic excellence and nursing education, inspired by his family’s values of learning and service to others.
